Max Verstappen has already had a difficult weekend in Bahrain. Verstappen will be starting from seventh place after a disappointing qualifying session. The four-time champion has already had issues on his way to the grid for the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Issues for Verstappen on the way to the grid

Verstappen's race engineer, Gianpiero Lambiase, asked the Red Bull Racing driver if he wanted a flatter setup of the front wing. The Dutchman responded, "No, the car doesn't turn already - mid corner."

Lambiase then asked Verstappen if he wanted extra wing on his car. Verstappen replied, "No, because then it oversteering on entry."

Red Bull Racing have tried to make the car more manageable but the first set of upgrades are not expected for Verstappen until the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix in Imola.
