F1 Full Results | Norris sends warning to rivals after impressively heading FP3

Lando Norris topped the timesheets in the final practice session of the weekend at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit before qualiying unfolds later today.

The Brit finished in front of teammate Oscar Piastri, who took a solid second place just +0.024 behind his McLaren colleague. George Russell finished in third place with his Mercedes, over six tenths behind the two papaya cars.

It was a quiet session under the Saudi sun, which beat down onto the circuit relentlessly for the entire hour. The conditions were not representative of the later qualifying session, which starts at 6PM BST.

Norris will be hoping to maintain this pace heading into Saturday's qualifying under the lights.

What's happened so far this weekend? 

FP2:

The second free practice session of the weekend around the Jeddah Corniche Circuit was an important one, with the conditions being the most representative for qualifying on Saturday. McLaren looked extremely comfortable around the high-speed street circuit in the Middle East, with Norris and Piastri rarely troubled at the top of the standings, with Verstappen two tenths off Norris' 1.28.267. Yuki Tsunoda crashed in the closing stages of the session, giving his Red Bull mechanics a big job on Friday night. 

FP1:

Pierre Gasly topped a quiet session in the sun at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit from Lando Norris in second and Charles Leclerc in third. The Alpine driver would've been filled with confidence after another positive session is his Alpine.

Gasly set a 1.29.239, with Norris just +0.007 behind. Charles Leclerc was also within a tenth, as foruth placed Oscar Piastri finished marginally over a tenth behind the top three in fourth placed. There were no notable incidents in the session. However, Ollie Bearman suffered a scary lockup in the first corner. The Brit grazed the wall, but continued.
